Co-founder and Director
Kay is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in business relocation and immigration services. With a strong focus on assisting foreign entrepreneurs and companies, Kay has been instrumental in helping clients navigate the complexities of starting and running a business in Singapore. Her expertise extends to securing work visas and ensuring a seamless relocation process for clients and their families. Kay’s dedication to providing tailored solutions and her in-depth knowledge of Singapore’s corporate landscape make her an invaluable resource for businesses expanding into the region.
Nina Chen
Nina’s experience and leadership extends to managing an in-house corporate secretary and accounting team, alongside her role as a Registered Filing Agent (RFA) with ACRA. With prior experience at Baker & McKenzie (Shanghai office), and having served as the Treasury Accountant with Intel China, Nina is well versed in China-Singapore tax structures, making her a valuable asset to the team. Notably, she had played a crucial role in facilitating the relocation of a NYSE listed company’s HQ to Singapore, overseeing corporate secretarial, accounting and legal aspects of the move.

Elena brings over a decade of experience in corporate services and immigration consultancy. She has successfully guided numerous foreign businesses, entrepreneurs, and business owners through the intricacies of setting up and relocating their companies to Singapore.
